1. In order to use the services offered through this site, please click on contact us or apply to your Leumi branch to obtain an explanation of the services available, and sign the relevant forms. The services are subject to the terms and conditions set out in those forms.

2. ATTENTION: The services offered through this site are not available in the U.S. or to U.S. residents, as defined in Regulation S under the U.S. Securities act. Similarly, under the United Kingdom Financial Services and Market Act 2000, this service is not available to persons within the United Kingdom.

3. The data and/or information presented on the site (the "Information") is partly received from third parties (including other sites), may change from time to time, and is provided "as is". The presentation of the risks is not such as to derogate from the liability of any of the parties.

The Bank is not responsible for the contents and/or services whatever they may be, which are published on sites linked to this site, and/or in advertisements displayed on those sites.

The material published on this site does not constitute a general offer and/or general advice, nor an offer and/or advice taking in account the special data and requirements of the customers, for the purchase and/or execution of any investments, operations and/or transactions, and nothing herein constitutes a recommendation, opinion and/or substitute for the personal judgment of the customers.

6. The Bank maintains a support center ("LeumiTrade USA Center") that is open on days when stock exchanges in N.Y. are open for trading, except for Israeli holidays.

LeumiTrade USA Center Operating hours (Israel time):

On Sunday 08:00 untill 14:00.

Monday to Thursday 08:00 until 24:00 (midnight).

On Fridays and the days preceding Israeli holidays, from 09:00 until one hour before the start of the Sabbath or holiday.

On nights following Israeli holidays, from one hour after the end of the holiday until 24:00 (midnight).

7. Trading limits: A buy order cannot exceed $1,000,000 or different share quantities depending on the Stock Market (200,000 for all listed &Nasdaq, 1 million for Bulletin Board and 3 millions for Pink Sheet stocks). In any event, you can only trade up to your daily credit limit as set by your branch.

Buy orders transmitted via LeumiTrade USA will be subject to approval or rejection, taking into account the above trading limits and the balance and line of credit in your account. Sell orders will be checked against your holdings. Sell orders which may result in short positions are not be permitted.

Although an order may be approved even if it exceeds the above limits, this is not to be seen as the Bank's agreement to either do so in the future or to increase your daily credit limit.

8. ATTENTION: Payments due to you may be subject to taxes, levies and other compulsory payments according to any U.S. or Israeli law or directive, including an obligation of the bank to make a deduction from source.

9. Note: This site may refer to different types of securities. However, presently LeumiTrade USA permits stock trading only (buying and selling from holdings).

Since your cash account is maintained with the Bank, details thereof do not appear on this site and can be obtained from the Bank in the usual way.
